One doesn't have to be particularly observant to notice that I basically don't post here any more.

I have had something of a break from blogging/journaling. I started this as a transition diary way back in 2005, and did keep it up for a long time. More recently I guess I moved on to other pastures (mostly Twitter), and the LJ community isn't what it once was either.

However, there are times I still want to say something, and it won't fit in 140 characters. For this reason, I've got myself a shiny new Wordpress blog. It's at:

I hope you will keep this journal active so it isn't deleted - your transition diary was fascinating and valuable and I'm sure it will continue to be so.

Is your wordpress blog syndicated to LJ? If it is, I would be delighted to read it. If not, I'm likely to forget :/

I haven't created a syndication. This is a paid account - I presume they wouldn't delete it even if I don't post?

If not, I may consider setting up LJ crossposts.

I don't know about deletions for paid accounts, I presume if you keep renewing it each year they will leave it be?

I've just had a few of my (non paid, old) accounts be deleted.

A syndication of your wordpress blog would be good, let me know if you ever decide to do it. I'd rather you did it, so you could choose the name etc. than that I tried in a few months time when I realise I keep forgetting to read you on wordpress :-)
