This may be the slightly perverse way my mind works, but they say a photo is worth a thousand words, and I think this one is worth so much more than that.
The image is sorta SFW, unless you work in a prudish workplace. If in doubt, look at home. If you don't know what it is you're looking at, then I'm afraid that beyond saying that it's gynaecological, I'm going to be all enigmatic about it. :-)
