I've never seen some-one manage to achieve the foetal position whilst standing up before.

Was it the peeling of the shaft, the severing of the erection chambers, the slicing of the glans, the boring of the hole in the perineum, the dissection of the scrotum and removal of the testicles, one by one, the trimming down of the scrotal tissue, or something else that had the desired effect?
