Did they apologize when the business partner compromised the details originally?
Actually, yes they did. That's why I knew they were sending a replacement.
Thankfully it's not the one I use online (iTunes, etc.), which is with the same company, otherwise it'd have been a complete PITA to go round reregistering it with everyone.
